As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for providing finance and accounting support to the\u202fpayroll\u202fteam and resolving payroll accounting\u202fissues. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $78,100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Assist with auditing payroll records and the weekly, monthly, and annual payroll accounting processing for a high volume of team members    Perform transactional payroll general ledger and accounting functions to ensure company payroll expenses and liabilities are recorded correctly Process transactions and audits including balance sheet account reconciliations, journal entry posting, reporting requests, payroll system GL mapping, and costing allocations Field questions from the business regarding payroll entries, analyze results, and then report back to the business  Recommend process improvements and control procedures including continuous documentation of processes and controls 

More about youBachelor’s degree accounting preferred; experience may substitute for degree FPC, CPP, or the desire to obtain is a plus  Minimum of 2 years of experience in the payroll or accounting strongly preferred  Proficient in Excel and Word and Workday preferredAbility to negotiate positive resolutions with customers and payroll team  Proficient working with multiple systems and tools to perform job functions
