We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls for one or more locations, as well as the administration of UKG and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.

Highlights of your role Coordinate and execute bi-weekly Marvin hourly payroll cyclesManage payroll administration tasks including:Daily entries and corrections into UKG (i.e. new hires, terminations, organizational changes)Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishment, bankruptcies and other federal/state documentsMaintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precisionCompile payroll reports as neededProvide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll related questionsUphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferredPrior experience in payroll processing strongly preferredKnowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelExperience with UKG and WFM systems is a plusStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
