Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Pearl River, New York. This role involves handling payroll processing for a large employee base across multiple locations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all payroll regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience with full-cycle payroll and multi-state payroll systems. Responsibilities: • Process payroll for approximately 400 employees, including hourly, salaried, and commission-based staff across multiple locations. • Ensure all payroll transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations efficiently. • Handle multi-state payroll requirements and ensure accurate tax calculations. • Maintain detailed records and documentation of payroll processes. • Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll discrepancies. • Assist with payroll audits and reporting as needed. • Provide support for other payroll-related tasks as required. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Familiarity with multi-state payroll systems and regulations. • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now. • Ability to handle payroll for large employee bases (100-500 employees or more). • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams. • Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
