Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team on a Contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities: • Process and verify weekly payroll for employees across multiple facilities. • Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian to ensure timely and accurate payments. • Approve and validate timesheets, ensuring all submitted data is complete and accurate. • Administer 401k and benefits-related functions in compliance with company policies. • Prepare and generate payroll reports using Crystal Reports for auditing and record-keeping purposes. • Collaborate with management to resolve discrepancies and improve payroll processes. • Provide support for accounting functions related to payroll activities. • Assist with onboarding and training employees on timekeeping systems such as About Time. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and industry standards. • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking employees and team members, if applicable. Requirements • Proven experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Crystal Reports. • Strong understanding of payroll functions, including 401k administration and benefits processing. • Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with auditing processes. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Boca Raton, Florida. • Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable. • Solid knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
