Payroll Administrator
Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Plano, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment, ensuring seamless payroll operations and addressing complex payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll systems, tax compliance, and multi-state payroll processes. Responsibilities: • Deliver proactive and accurate customer service to employees regarding payroll matters, including tax-related inquiries, while handling escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency. • Investigate and resolve advanced payroll and timekeeping concerns, collaborating directly with human resources, field staff, and internal colleagues. • Apply in-depth knowledge of payroll procedures to address and resolve complex labor distribution inquiries. • Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and maintain compliance. • Perform full-cycle payroll processes with precision and attention to detail. • Manage multi-state payroll operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. • Utilize ADP Vantage to streamline payroll tasks and improve operational efficiency. • Conduct thorough reviews of payroll data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. • Support audit processes by providing accurate payroll documentation and data. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across departments to enhance payroll services. Requirements • Proven experience in managing full-cycle payroll processes. • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Expertise in utilizing payroll systems such as ADP Vantage. • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to resolve complex payroll issues with a solution-oriented approach. • Experience collaborating with offshore teams is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders. • Familiarity with labor distribution and timekeeping systems.
