Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee the complete payroll process for multiple companies, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. This position offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment while managing diverse payroll and human resources tasks.
Responsibilities:
+ Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple entities, covering several hundred employees, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
+ Manage employee records and documentation, including onboarding, terminations, compensation changes, address updates, and garnishments, using digital platforms and payroll software.
+ Perform manual payroll adjustments and verify labor hours and gross wages to ensure precision.
+ Prepare and review payroll reports, maintaining data integrity and resolving discrepancies.
+ Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions—such as VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas—to support payroll operations and reporting.
+ Administer retirement plans, including data management and coordination of annual audits.
+ Support leave-of-absence tracking and manage company-related housing agreements.
+ Collaborate on HR initiatives including recruitment support, benefits administration, workers’ compensation case management, and compliance reporting.
+ Maintain consistency in payroll practices across multiple locations.
+ Assist with open enrollment and updates to employee benefits

Requirements
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing and human resources.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle payroll operations for large employee groups.
• Proficiency in Paychex Flex, DocuSign, and Excel, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Familiarity with managing 401(k) plans and leave-of-absence cases.
• Multi-facility payroll experience are a plus.
