Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Location: Watford
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting from £26,000, depending on experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll process.Maintain accurate employee records.Calculate statutory payments, final settlements, and post-employment adjustmentsCoordinate electronic payments.Reporting to line managers.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies are followed.Adhere to strict payroll deadlines and work collaboratively with internal teams.Supporting with payroll enquiries from employees and subcontractors.

Key Requirements:

Experience in a payroll-related roleExperience managing payroll enquiriesFamiliarity with payroll softwareStrong IT skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyTeam player, working towards deadlines and driven.
