Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll tasks and maintain employee records. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies with strong attention to detail. • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders as needed. • Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payroll data and financial records. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll software systems and implement best practices. • Assist in audits and provide documentation related to payroll operations. • Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements. • Monitor and update payroll policies in accordance with legal and organizational changes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll functions. • Strong understanding of full-cycle payroll processes. • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Effective communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience with payroll-related accounting and reporting.
