Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of approximately 1000+ employees across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage and maintain payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll efficiently and resolve related issues.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to address discrepancies and ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide prompt resolutions.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll activities for auditing and internal review.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing payroll procedures to improve efficiency.
• Support leadership with payroll data analysis and recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume payroll operations, ideally for 500+ employees.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive payroll information.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in leadership and career growth within a payroll management role.
