Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and growth-driven Payroll Specialist with proven experience using ADP systems to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities + Process end-to-end payroll for [number] employees on a [weekly/bi-weekly/semi-monthly] basis using ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run (customize based on system used). + Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including garnishments, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. + Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes. + Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports. + Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. + Assist with year-end processes, including W-2s, audits, and tax filings. + Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure compliance. + Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
