Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our finance team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payrolls while maintaining compliance with financial regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and deliver exceptional service to employees. Responsibilities: • Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and customized payrolls with precision and adherence to deadlines. • Maintain payroll systems and ensure data accuracy for all employee records. • Resolve payroll-related inquiries and provide clear communication to employees regarding pay issues. • Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure balanced financial records. • Generate detailed payroll reports using tools such as Crystal Reports and ADP Workforce Now. • Collaborate with the benefits team to manage 401k and RRSP contributions. • Audit payroll processes to identify and correct discrepancies. • Utilize accounting software systems to streamline payroll operations. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. • Assist in onboarding new employees by establishing payroll and benefit functionalities. Requirements • Proficiency with accounting software systems and tools such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian. • Experience generating reports using Crystal Reports or similar software. • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly schedules. • Familiarity with 401k and RRSP administration processes. • Ability to audit and reconcile payroll accounts effectively. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills for resolving payroll-related inquiries.
