Overview
We are seeking an HR / Payroll & Office Administrator for an exciting opportunity with a leading global company based in Switzerland. This is a full-time, permanent role, with some flexibility for remote work (up to 1 day per week) for the right candidate. The position involves overseeing payroll administration, HR operations, and general office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Payroll Administration
Oversee and manage monthly payroll coordination, liaising with external payroll providers across multiple regions. Ensure timely payroll approvals and payments in collaboration with finance and payroll providers. Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries in the Swiss office. Track and maintain salary changes, time sheets, pension contributions, and benefits administration. Understand and comply with local Swiss HR policies, including pension funds, insurance, and general EMEA HR compliance. Work with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) – system is fully set up and operational.
Office & Administrative Duties
Handle office-related tasks including orders, compliance, postage, and general administration. Coordinate office operations (e.g., IT networks, vendors). Support with reporting and budget tracking to assist HR and finance departments. Contribute to the smooth running of both the office and HR administration.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR, payroll administration, and/or office management. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with senior stakeholders, and navigate a global corporate environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. A professional, service-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
