We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Payroll Administrator to support payroll processing in the Middle East & Africa (MEA). This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate coordination and timely delivery of payroll inputs and outputs by managing critical manual entries and stakeholder communications. The role requires solid attention to detail, the ability to manage high volumes of manual data across multiple countries, and the flexibility to respond quickly to changes in timelines or system behaviour. We look forward to receiving your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** **Payroll Data Management** + Coordinate and collect country-specific payroll inputs not captured in HCM (e.g. overtime, allowances, one-time payments) from multiple stakeholders. + Validate and ensure completeness and structure of data received; follow up proactively on missing or unclear entries. + Review payroll data transferred from HCM to the vendor system; work with HRIS to resolve discrepancies or failed interfaces. + Enter urgent post-HCM cut-off updates manually (e.g. off-cycle corrections, late terminations) in close coordination with Payroll Analysts. **Reporting and document management:** + Generate basic payroll reports and share them with collaborators. + Provide pay slips, tax documentation, and pension files as requested by country or local process. **Coordination and Support:** + Collaborate with the Payroll Analyst, HR Ops, and Payroll Data Input submitters to seamlessly integrate payroll and employee data. + Address employee queries and requests to provide pay slips, and payroll documents with excellent customer service and support. + Working closely with the Payroll Analyst and HR Ops to facilitate payroll processing and solve simple issues/errors **Who You Are:** You are a meticulous professional with a talent for precision and a commitment to delivering results.
