About the Role
Ready to kickstart or continue your career in payroll? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Payroll Administrative Support Officer to join our friendly and collaborative team in Adelaide. This is a part-time opportunity, offering 11.4 hours per week—perfect for someone currently studying, returning to the workforce, or simply looking to balance professional growth with life’s other commitments.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our payroll operations. You’ll take ownership of maintaining and updating timesheet data with accuracy, following up with staff and managers to resolve any gaps or missing entries. Your support will be especially valued during busy periods or when system changes roll out, where your assistance with payroll administration will help keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also lend a hand with miscellaneous payroll duties and, above all, maintain discretion and a commitment to our internal policies and relevant legislation.
