Payroll Administrative Associate – Level III

We are looking for a talented **PAYROLL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE – LEVEL II** to join our team specializing in **HUMAN RESOURCES** for our **CUMMINS COMERCIALIZADORA** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México** . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Accurate and efficient preparation of internal and mandatory external reports; (Initiation and monitoring of requests in the help desk; assign and escalate for proper resolution). + Comply with all legal, contractual, and governance requirements. + Maintain and protect confidential information and employee privacy. + Provide superior customer service, respond courteously, accurately, and promptly to payroll-related questions and requests. + Make payments to third parties/entities and government bodies for applicable payroll deductions and responsibilities. + Prepare the annual event calendar and payroll processing schedules. + Coordinate year-end closing activities with finance, benefits, and other related stakeholders.
