Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Payroll Accounting Coordinator to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. You will be responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. You will also collaborate with team members to prepare weekly and monthly operating results.

What will you do?Ensure the payroll complies with local, state, federal, and company policiesPartner with managers to ensure all team members are paid accuratelyAct as a point of contact for team members who have questions about their payProcess union dues deductions and prepare check requests for paymentReview and process purchase orders and invoices in the accounts payable system for approval

More about youPrior experience in payroll accounting preferred Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices Above average Microsoft Office Suite skills and computerized accounting skills is required Strong guest service orientation, with a focus on accuracy in handling confidential information 

Physical requirementsAbility to understand and take appropriate action on all payroll-related issuesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including excellent Excel skillsBeneficial to have proior work experience in a payroll or accounting position
