The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing comprehensive payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling multi-state payroll processes. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations and maintain employee records. • Handle multi-state payroll, adhering to state-specific regulations and requirements. • Prepare and file payroll tax reports, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and taxes. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless payroll integration with accounting systems. • Monitor and implement updates to payroll policies in alignment with changing labor laws. • Generate payroll reports and provide insights to support financial planning and audits. • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll data. • Support periodic audits and ensure accurate documentation for compliance purposes. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management. • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and requirements. • Expertise in payroll tax reporting and compliance. • Solid understanding of accounting principles related to payroll. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Strong communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries effectively.
