Job responsibilities:

Handling high volumes of payment transactions for multiple European countries, ensuring that each payment is processed correctly and in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policiesProcessing confidential data with high responsibility and precisenessInvestigating and resolving payment-related issues in a timely and effective manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalismIdentifying and correcting any payment-related issues or errors to ensure accurate and complete payment processingWork closely with our teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing within agreed Cut of TimesCommunication with clients from different branches within ING International Network and Head OfficeMonitor and control processed data to ensure accuracy within systemsEncouraging the team to regularly discuss and share ideas on how to improve the delivery of contracted services to clients by brainstorming potential solutions to any problems or challenges that ariseWorking in an agile manner on a daily basis, collaborating with team members to prioritize and complete tasks effectivelyManage workload using internal tools,Become proficient in all aspects of Supplier platform application,Perform other duties as assigned by line manager,Identify and drive efficiency in the qualification process and process improvements on an ongoing basis.
