Payments Pricing and Billing Solution - Product Director - Executive Director

As a Product Director in Pricing and Billing Solutions, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Job responsibilities

Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth Lead a dynamic product team responsible for delivering comprehensive capabilities, including cutting-edge UI/UX and robust backend services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Shape and drive strategic decisions related to design, platform/vendor integration, and migration/rollout plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Expertly manage program finances, developing allocation methodologies to ensure costs are appropriately aligned with revenue streams, and collaborate with finance teams to synchronize Product, Tech, and Ops financial plans. Address intricate challenges that transform business designs and end-to-end Sales delivery and Control models, driving innovation and efficiency. Ensure management and stakeholders receive accurate progress reports, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues to maintain project momentum. Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications 5+ years of experience in the Banking Payments/Treasury Management industry 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Pricing and Billing Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, influencing outcomes and driving results. Demonstrate a logical and structured approach to planning, problem solving, and decision-making  Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally, influencing others, driving change, and implementing projects/processes. Demonstrate a logical and structured approach to planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
