Minimum requirements:
Matric Qualification Relevant working experience would be an advantage Computer literate Working knowledge on following computer systems: AJS, MS Outlook, MS Excel and file directory Experience with the AJS system is a non-negotiable Ability to treat confidential information with the required sensitivity Pro-active approach in terms of service delivery Attention to detail is essential Ability to prioritize – time management skills Strong interpersonal skills Pro-active approach to problem solving Ability to work independently Prepared to go the extra mile with a positive attitude Internet & E-mail Ability to manage work volumes
