Investigate and resolve complex payment escalations from users, internal teams, and vendor partners. Analyze and optimize payment workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve accuracy. Lead fraud detection and prevention strategies, and ensure KYC compliance. Manage reconciliation processes and support accounting accuracy. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to improve payment systems. Mentor and support payment associates to build a culture of inquiry and ownership.What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in payments, financial services, fraud operations, or KYC. compliance. Hands-on experience with payment/KYC vendors like Stripe, Plaid, Cognito, or Proof. Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. How We Work: We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration.
