Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV

The Treasury Services Billing Operations Senior Team Member is expected to learn and be immersed with all the production sub-processes within TS Billing.  Enhance your skills in billing processes, project management and more.

 

As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV within our Treasury Services (TS) Billing Operations, you will immerse yourself in various production sub-processes, including Revenue Feed Management, Billing Set-up and Maintenance, and more. You'll learn and understand the systems and processes impacting client billing, participate in training sessions, and deliver work with precision. Your role will involve monitoring communications, adhering to procedures, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. 

 

Job responsibilities

Learn and understand the systems/applications, processes, and reports used by the team, and their impact on client billing and other departments beyond Billing OperationsParticipate in all required training sessions and apply the learning to enhance job performanceDeliver work with accuracy, care, and precision, aiming for "zero defects" in all processesMonitor 100% of incoming communications and requests related to account setup maintenance, exception rates, exception pricing requests, and other billing-related updatesConsistently adhere to standard operating procedures and policiesReview personal work and/or the work of others to identify and correct errors, preventing any negative impact on customer billingRespond to inquiries and escalations promptly, ensuring timely escalation of issues to management when necessaryIdentify opportunities to maximize results and exceed targets; recommend and implement enhancements and process improvementsPerform additional tasks and duties as assigned

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experienceProcess and results-oriented, adheres to deadlines, and effectively organizes and prioritizes workAdvanced attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain a high degree of accuracyStrong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, strategic, and problem-solving skillsFlexible, quickly adapts to changes in the work environment, and manages competing priorities to achieve optimal results; self-motivated and capable of operating independentlyWorks collaboratively, shares information, and communicates effectively with team members, other groups, departmental management, and partners in Sales, Service, and Product, including regional contactsStrong computer skills, including proficiency in mainframe and common PC-based software packages such as MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Knowledge of Wholesale Payments and TS Billing is advantageousCollege degree or equivalent work experience is a plusExperience in billing operations is preferredAbility to interpret billing processes and associated details
