You will manage payment processing across various products, ensuring smooth fund transfers and reconciling purchase and sales options, futures, or securities, while leveraging your proficiency in automation, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud awareness to ensure security and efficiency. Your ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and handle conflicts will drive mutually beneficial outcomes, and your strategic planning skills will guide our direction and resource allocation decisions. Additionally, your proficiency in AI/ML will be utilized to solve complex problems and enhance processes, applying your knowledge in market product and process improvement to optimize our operations.

responsibilities
Manage cash payment and securities settlement and monitoring/approval functions that affect and control credit and intra-day exposure for a portfolio of clients, products, and currenciesApply sound operational and credit risk management principles, judgment, research, and investigation to support process and to manage credit exposures/ decision approvals within respective approval authorityUnderstand and support operational control and regulatory reporting requirementsWork with Operations and Client Services to manage client payment relationshipsInform aligned Credit Risk and ORM partners about client portfolio activity, issues and provide line sizing recommendationsLiaise with key stakeholders including Credit, Relationship Managers, Product Management and Operations regarding client credit limits/arrangement recommendations to support clients' activitiesActively participate in client and country crisis management risk mitigation actions including Rapid Exposure Drills (RED) with Credit and Relationship Managers and support business resiliency planningParticipate in projects that relate to TAG core functions as requested by management (e.g., Assist with the development of the Global Funds Control (GFC), Custody Credit Engine (CCE), Integrated Credit Risk Desktop (ICRD) and any other systems that function with credit controls)Engage as a subject matter expert for payment systems and processes related to funds control
Required

Minimum 5 years of experience working in Risk & Controls or Banking/Payment Operations or Client Service or Product ManagementPrior experience and proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior managementExpertise in Microsoft Applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and experience using SharePointSelf-starter, capable of working independently, making decisions using a risk and control mindsetProven track record of multi-tasking in a time sensitive environmentQuick learner and strong interpersonal and team working skillsOpen attitude towards sharing ideas and knowledge with appropriate partners/stakeholdersA proactive approach to problem solving and taking ownership of issues
