Your Impact

As a core part of our mission to innovate the digital subscription market, we are seeking an experienced Payments & Subscription Experience Lead to build the roadmap for our subscriber experience. This role will be pivotal in translating strategic initiatives into actionable increments that increase subscriber engagement, monthly active users, and overall revenue by nurturing our subscription services.

 

Reporting directly to leadership and partnering with the Senior Product Manager, Subscriber Acquisition, this role is uniquely poised to enhance our organization’s subscription-based services by optimizing subscriber retention and building community among our membership base. This position will also oversee crucial operational interactions with third-party payment platforms, managing customer payment functionalities and subscription transactions.
