The Global Patriot 24/7 Operation Team is seeking a Program Integrator to join the Global Patriot Product Line team. The program integrator is responsible for coordinating proposals and assisting peers on multiple program teams in their execution efforts on various FMS and DCS contracts. You will be responsible for coordinating across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will assist with providing tactical directions for proposals & program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools using EVMS, IPDS, PRISM, etc. You will also be expected to work closely with and influence PMOs, functional contributors, and other business units to ensure alignment and consistency through key portfolio initiatives. You will work through various stages of proposals & program execution. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you may also interface with customers for various topics to include technical interface meetings, contracts meetings, program management meetings and business growth meetings.
What You Will Do
Development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policiesIdentify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by directors and program leadership teams to drive program successOversee performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage working with program leads and CPTs on corrective actionsImplement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action itemsOversight of Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for IPT effortsEnsure timely and effective IPDS gate process complianceProvide guidance to program leads on the implementation of risk and opportunity managementLead proposal and startup activitiesQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is requiredMinimum 2 years experience in program or project managementExperience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packagesExperience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration toolsExperience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS developmentQualifications We Prefer
Program Management Level 6 Certification (or equivalent) or ability to achieve within 6 months5 years of experience as an IPT lead, program integrator or program managerFamiliarity with foreign military sales (FMS) contractsPrior experience with large scale proposals, including development, negotiations, and definitizationExperience on Patriot programsWhat We Offer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
