Patient Services Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated Patient Services Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia, on a contract basis. This role is an integral part of the medical devices industry and focuses on supporting patients and maintaining the functionality of our WatchPAT diagnostic devices. Responsibilities: • Accurately input and process new patient information in internal systems and Salesforce. • Prepare and initialize diagnostic devices for patient use through the designated internal system. • Organize and update necessary paperwork for devices in accordance with customer requirements. • Generate shipping labels with precision to ensure timely deliveries. • Upload diagnostic reports into the system for record-keeping and analysis. • Monitor and track deliveries to and from patients to ensure smooth logistics. • Provide occasional support in scheduling and tracking patients and devices as needed. • Identify and resolve delivery issues by communicating with customers and internal teams. • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Requirements • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach. • Self-motivated and organized, capable of handling multiple projects with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts accurately. • Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. • Ability to perform additional supportive tasks as assigned. • Must have Patient Services experience TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
