Patient Services Representative III
**Duration: 06+ Months** **Job Description:** + Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–1:30 PM + Contract-to-Hire (Temp to Perm) + Interview: Virtual + Seeking a Patient Services Rep III with EPIC experience to support front-office administrative and patient coordination functions. + The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient service while ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, insurance, and billing procedures. + This role requires a strong understanding of EPIC and comfort working in a high-volume medical office setting. **Responsibilities:** + Patient Registration & Check-In/Out + Verify and update demographics and insurance info + Collect co-pays and balances + Reconcile daily collections and charges + Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments accurately + Maintain provider calendar integrity + Ensure follow-up and timely access to care + Billing & Charge Entry (EPIC) + Resolve errors in work queues (charge review, claim edits, denials, etc.) + Coordinate with coders and billing teams to ensure accurate claims submission + Administrative Support: + Answer phones, handle documentation, and maintain patient records + Provide clear communication to patients about wait times, billing, and care processes + Round on patients to ensure satisfaction + Support an inclusive and welcoming environment + Actively participate in team meetings and improvement efforts + Familiarity with medical billing, insurance payors, and scheduling workflows + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills + Basic medical terminology knowledge (can be from coursework or hands-on experience) + Must be adaptable, respectful of diversity, and team-oriented **Experience:** + Minimum 1+ year experience in a medical office or clinic setting **Skills:** + Strong experience with EPIC EMR system **Education:** + High School Diploma or GED required **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
