Responsibilities Patient Services Representative will be responsible for organizing preoperative testing, chart preparation, greeting patients, answering phones filing records. + Greet and comminate with patients and visitors + Answer incoming calls + Obtain pre anesthesia testing + Register patients, verify identity and demographic’s + Basic medical terminology + Kowledge of typing/word processing + Strong communication skills Qualifications + Must be 18 years of age with a High School education or equivalent experience. + Required 2-3 years of relevant work experience. + Computer experience with word or Excel + Excellent Communication skills + Ability to prioritize and work independently. + Ability to work within a team + Basic computer skills + Excellent professional, organization, and communication skills + General office skills + General secretarial skills + Ability to multitask. + Ability to set priorities. + Phlebotomy preferred. + USD $20.00/Hr. USD $23.00/Hr.
