Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/McKinney, a 5-Star Rated facility known for its welcoming atmosphere and deep roots in the Brooklyn community. McKinney offers both short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing services within a 320-bed environment.
In this role, you will lead and participate in all aspects of patient meal service operations using the Cook/Chill meal delivery system. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents by driving quality, safety, and service excellence.

What You'll Do
Conduct daily patient meal rounding to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Perform tray audits and assessments to maintain quality standards
Train and develop frontline staff, promoting high performance and engagement
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction
Provide direct supervision of 43 union hourly associates

What You BringMinimum 1 year of food service supervisory or management experience
Strong computer skills and proficiency with digital tools
Proven ability to engage, motivate, and lead hourly staff
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Previous healthcare food service experience strongly preferred

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
