The Patient Services Specialist (PSS) is the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

Navigates multiple complex data systems to research and/or record patient information in person or by phone. Operates multi-line telephone systems; routes calls and responds to general inquires. Registers patients; updates demographic and insurance information. Required Qualifications:
1 year customer service experience, or Successful completion of Providence internship.Preferred Qualifications:
