Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30a-5p; May travel to clinic in Woodridge

Location: 396 Remington Blvd, #310, Bolingbrook, IL

The role youll contribute:

Looking for a detailed-oriented, dedicated, professional with knowledge in healthcare, able to multi-task within busy OBGYN offices. Travel required between the Bolingbrook and Aurora locations.

The value youll bring to the team:

Greeting patients to complete check in/out process. Obtaining demographic and financial information for scheduling/ registration process. Collecting payments for co-pays, self-pay, and additional balances. Answering Five 9 calls in a timely manner and completing queue call backs. Assisting with completing prior-authorizations for in-office and hospital procedures. Assisting with WQ's and On Base. Additional administrative duties as needed. Provide great customer service to all patients, staff and vendors within the organization

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

High School Grad or Equiv Required

One or more years of Work Experience Required

Medical office experience preferred

Medical Terminology

Epic Knowledge

Typing/Data Entry

Medical Terminology

Insurance Verification
