Key Responsibilities + Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments, insurance, and general inquiries. + Perform insurance verification for HMO and PPO plans. + Assist with patient intake, co-pays, and scheduling. + Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines. + Utilize NextGen or similar EHR systems for data entry and patient information management. + Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to ensure clear communication with all patients. Top Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in a medical front office or call center environment. + Proficient in insurance verification (HMO & PPO). + Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset. + Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). + Familiarity with medical terminology, co-pays, and scheduling systems. + Experience with NextGen (preferred but not required). + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
