Neighborhood Health team members meet at our satellite office locations and travel together in HHC fleet vehicles for mobile clinics.*/ *_Job Description_* Serve patients by greeting them, answering routine questions, registering patients, and maintaining records and accounts. Responsible for creating a positive patient experience by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsible for scheduling appointments which will provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate patient access. The Patient Service Coordinator responds to incoming correspondence from patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and beyond, in accordance with patient privacy and safety standards. *_Key areas of responsibility_* • Responsible for driving fleet vehicles to and from mobile events. • Assist in transport of mobile equipment bins. Load mobile equipment onto vehicles prior to office departure, offload upon arrival at location, load back onto vehicles at close of event and offload upon return to office. • Responsible for restocking mobile equipment inventory • Coverage required at multiple satellite locations • Perform other related duties as required Qualifications - External • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Relevant experience in a fast-paced medical office highly preferred. • Epic experience preferred. • Positive, customer-focused approach, with commitment to providing excellent patient care. • Valid Driver’s license within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date • Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs. /*Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred.*/ We take great care of careers.
