Position Purpose:
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the Patient Relations Support is responsible for supporting the Patient Experience department in coordinating timely, professional responses to patient feedback at all touch points.What You Will Do:
Supports the day-to-day organizational goal to create a culture of exceptional service.Tracks the response and management of complaints/concerns and grievances regarding care experiences in collaboration with Patient Experience under all federal, state, and accrediting body regulatory guidelines.Assists in documenting complaints and grievances regardless of how received (letter, email, phone call, in person, social media, etc.) in appropriate system.Escalates lack of response by managers or unit leaders to complaints and grievances Patient Experience and additional leadership as appropriate.Provides a professionally written response to all grievances, tailored to address specific details as described in the complaint or grievance.Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferredLicensure / Certification: N/AExperience: Previous experience in customer serviceEffective Communication SkillsExcellent written communication skillsAbility to monitor and track multiple deadlinesPosition Highlights and Benefits:
