Description We are seeking Patient Registration Representatives to join our team at various hospital and emergency department locations throughout the Birmingham area. If you have strong customer service or hospitality experience, are dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 🔹 What You'll Do + Greet and check in patients in a professional, compassionate manner + Verify and input patient information with accuracy + Use hospital systems to update records and support registration workflows + Provide a high level of service in a busy, face-paced environment + Work closely with team members to ensure smooth patient flow 🔹 Available Shifts We are hiring for a variety of full-time shifts, including: + Day shifts (Monday–Friday, or rotating weekends) + Night shifts (including weekend coverage) + 12-hour and 8-hour schedules depending on location All positions are on-site and require consistent attendance and punctuality. Requirements 🔹 What We're Looking For Required: + Customer-facing roles in retail, hospitality, or service industries + Excellent attendance history + Ability to stand and walk for 90% of your shift + Must complete a positive reference check from a recent supervisor Preferred Experience: + Familiarity with EMR systems like Epic or Cerner (not required, but a plus) Top Soft Skills: + Friendly, professional, and patient-first attitude + Strong verbal communication and ability to stay calm under pressure + Team player who steps up when coworkers need help + Punctual, proactive, and able to multitask in high-volume settings 🔹 Dress Code + Business slacks or knee-length skirts + No jeans, large earrings, or open-toe shoes + Minimal piercings (for infection control) + Business casual sneakers allowed If you’re dependable, customer-focused, and looking for a stable, full-time role in a hospital setting, we’d love to hear from you.
