Description We are looking for a dedicated Patient Registration specialist to join our team in Mequon, Wisconsin. Responsibilities: • Greet patients and assist them in completing necessary registration processes. • Schedule and manage patient appointments using appropriate systems. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. • Provide exceptional customer service to address patient inquiries and concerns. • Accurately input and update patient information in the system. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to streamline registration workflows. • Utilize Epic software for efficient data management and scheduling. • Handle basic office tasks, including filing and document organization. • Identify and resolve registration-related issues promptly. • Maintain a meticulous demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient registration or a related role. • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards. • Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management. • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle patient interactions. • Basic office skills, including data entry and document handling. • Familiarity with Epic software or similar systems. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
