You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals (HCPs), identifying barriers in the patient journey and co-creating solutions that improve outcomes. In this role, you will bring innovative treatments to market, ensure optimal patient access, and shape the future of **ophthalmology** care. **The Opportunity** + Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs, building positive relationships and driving engagement. + Identify challenges in the patient journey and work collaboratively to develop and implement solutions. + Support the appropriate use of Roche’s treatments by communicating scientific and real-world data effectively. + Provide insights into the market and healthcare ecosystem to craft strategies and materials for HCPs and patients. + Lead partner planning efforts, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for those engaging with Roche. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, Access and other teams to optimize patient access and demand. + Drive customer-centric initiatives that remove roadblocks and build balanced value for patients and the healthcare system. **Who You Are** + You hold University Degreein a relevant field (Medical, Pharmacy or Dentistry). + You demonstrate at least 3 years of experienceworking closely with HCPs as a Product Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Medical Manager, or similar positions in pharmaceutical industry. + Experienced inOphthalmology is a Must with a strong network and ability to collaborate effectively with HCPs and Thought Leaders. + You have strong communication skills totranslate insights and datainto impactful messaging and strategic actions, withfluent proficiency in Croatian and English. + You are resulted oriented and are able to demonstrate the value of Roche Products + You are comfortable to work in anagile, cross-functional team, able to travel across country driving initiatives with autonomy and accountability to achieve meaningful impact. **Who we are** A healthier future drives us to innovate.
