The Position

Healthcare is evolving rapidly, and patient needs are changing. As a Patient Journey Partner at Roche, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing the barriers patients face, ensuring that our treatments and solutions deliver maximum value. You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals and stakeholders, collaborating across functions to implement sustainable solutions that improve outcomes for patients, the ecosystem, and Roche. This is a unique, integrated role that allows you to make a tangible impact, while driving innovation and partnership in the Swedish healthcare system.

The Opportunity

Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, building trust and acting as a partner across the patient journey.

Share insights on patient and stakeholder needs internally, prioritize resources, and drive solutions that deliver outcomes faster.

Develop and maintain an extensive external network across your disease area to enable access, demand, and patient-centric solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare professionals to remove roadblocks and unlock opportunities for patient value.

Guide Roche products through their lifecycle, ensuring their appropriate use while articulating their value truthfully and effectively.

Ensure that every engagement with Roche, its products, and services delivers a positive and consistent experience.

Leverage digital tools and agile ways of working to enhance collaboration and drive impact.

Who You Are

You hold a university degree (scientific, pharmacy, business/marketing, or MD) with at least 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Key Account Manager, Product Manager, Customer Experience or Omnichannel Manager, MSL or Medical Advisor.

You have LIF certification (through approved MGU or equivalent), ensuring compliance with Swedish pharmaceutical regulations.

You are highly self-managed, a deep listener, and skilled at building partnerships and relationships with healthcare professionals.

You have strong business acumen and experience in commercialization, medical affairs, or customer experience excellence.

You are comfortable mobilizing cross-functional teams and navigating complex ecosystems to deliver results.

You are fluent in Swedish and English and adept at using digital tools to support engagement and collaboration.
