Join Our Team as a Full-Time Patient and Guest Relations Representative!

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist hospital visitors, patients, and guests with directions, information, and general support, including handling calls and enforcing visitor policies. Issue and manage various badges and access cards, ensuring compliance with hospital guidelines. Respond to medical and security emergencies, follow mandatory reporting procedures, and respect patient confidentiality. Serve as a hospital liaison, addressing concerns, assisting families, and training new employees and volunteers. Manage lobby upkeep, floral deliveries, lost-and-found items, and guest amenities. Provide transportation assistance, including wheelchair transport, bus tickets, cab arrangements, and car seat loans. Process pre-admit patients and maintain accurate records of support services. Handle parking transactions and financial deposits for Brinks pickup.
