Patient Financial Services Manager

**Job Description:**
Responsible for managing all call center and self pay collection activities for multiple hospitals and clinics across Essentia Health as it relates to service, billing and collection activities, as well as the EH Financial Assistance Program. This position is responsible to meet established call center performance targets, financial and budget goals, and for delivering high standards of service to customers. This includes compliance to all Essentia Health billing and collection policies, and federal and state regulations as they relate to collection of medical debt, HIPAA, financial assistance regulations and call center activity.

Educational Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree required with a preference in business, accounting or finance.
Required Qualifications:
+ 3 years of supervisory experience in patient financial services, call center, or medical billing.
