Essential Functions
Answers inbound calls and posts payments to patient accounts.
Makes appropriate notes on patient’s accounts as needed.
Acts as first level reviewer for account billing issues before following escalation process.
Maintains confidentiality of all protected health information.
Other duties as assigned.
