Job Summary
Patient Experience Advisor II
The experience advisor serves as an advisory resource, providing human experience support for critical initiatives throughout the market to ensure the consistent delivery of patient, family and team member-centered care. The experience advisor also collaborates with many areas within the Novant Health system to develop and implement enterprise wide best practices aimed at improving the patient experience
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Onsite

Qualifications
+ Education: 4 Year/ Bachelors Degree, required.Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, nursing or related field or related field Master's Degree in business, nursing, organizational development, or related field.
+ Experience: Minimum of two years of demonstrated advisory or leadership experience, required. Previous teaching, coaching and/or leadership experience, required.
+ Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Demonstrate above average ability in organization, leadership, time management, communication, teamwork project management and systems thinking. Managing a complex and varied work load, communicating effectively in written and verbal forms, performance improvement, process improvement tools and methodologies, utilizing critical thinking skills, and networking/accessing resources. Ability to use Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Ability to drive and travel to multiple locations and facilities as needed.
+ Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): Must be a lifelong learner and have the ability to coach and mentor others, Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of authority, Effective critical thinking skills.
