Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate. This is a full time, rotating shift position with rotating weekends.

Hours

Monday - Friday: must be available to work a 12-hour shift between the hours of 5am - 7:30pm

Overview

Responsible for coordinating patient meal service on all units of assigned teams, e.g. menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs, in-between meal food delivery. Ensure that all Catering Associates are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide service. React accurately and effectively to all changes to ensure efficient timing of services, accuracy of physician's ordered modified diets.

Education

High School Grad or Equivalent. 1 year of food service experience required in lieu of High School Education.

4 years of Food Service experience (Required)

Previous Leadership experience (Preferred)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$15.75 - $20.46. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
