Description We’re seeking a Patient Collections Specialist to join our team in a remote work-from-home role. In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely collections for medical services while providing exceptional support to patients regarding their financial obligations. The Patient Collections Specialist must be Bilingual in Spanish and English. Requirements + Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. + Prior experience in patient collections, medical billing, or a similar healthcare role is highly preferred. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle patient concerns professionally and empathetically. + Knowledge of insurance collections and medical billing processes is a plus. + Comfortable working in a fully remote, work-from-home environment. + Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other collection tools.
