**Salary Range: $21.50 to $25.50
Job Summary:
The PCT II works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate personal care, comfort, and safety for patients.The PCT II works within their scope of practice and is assigned tasks that are reasonably predictable, do not require assessment, interpretation or independent decision-making during its performance, or do not pose any risk to the patient.The PCT II is attentive not only the needs of patients but also to the needs of the family accompanying the patient. The PCT II collaborates with all members of the health care team to provide care.The PCT II is cross-trained to assume Unit Secretary functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ HS Diploma or equivalent
+ Current RI Nursing Assistant License
+ Current valid BLS from AHA required
+ Previous Nursing Assistant experience preferred
+ Previous Unit Secretary experience preferred
