You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—coordinating appointments, supporting providers, and ensuring a smooth experience across our clinics. This position is based in Polson, Montana, a beautiful community on the shores of Flathead Lake. What You’ll Do + Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments and procedures across specialties. + Answer high-volume calls, secure messages, and patient inquiries with exceptional service. + Provide clear pre-visit instructions and send reminders; document all interactions in the EHR. + Meet accuracy, productivity, and customer service metrics while protecting PHI (HIPAA). What We’re Looking For + High school diploma or equivalent required. + 1+ year of healthcare scheduling, medical office, or call center experience preferred. + Strong computer skills with EHR/EMR and scheduling systems; medical terminology preferred. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with attention to detail. + Team-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
