Responsibility for administrative decisions during their working hours. The House Supervisor will work the floor 40% at the bedside and the remaining time as a supervisor. This position floats shifts as a bedside nurse to their skill level on medical – surgical units at the three Quad City Campuses. Experience: + Two years of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency. License(s)/Certification(s): + Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. + Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. + Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. + Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 6 months of hire. + Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification within 6 months of hire. *Specific offers are determined by various factors , such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
