Job Description
Seeking a Patient Care Representative or Medical Assistant to work in an office setting, primarily handling telephonic and in-basket messages. This role involves taking patient calls and providing details to the RN on staff to determine the appropriate course of action. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who will focus 75% of their time on processing provider orders for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) requests, mainly for sleep disorders, where patients are issued CPAP machines for Sleep Apnea Therapy.

The position offers a choice between two schedules: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This opportunity provides a foot in the door for a great organization.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
