Patient Care Coordinator
Overview Aspire Dental is seeking a confident, compassionate, and organized Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you’re passionate about patient experiences and thrive in a fast-paced dental environment, we’d love to meet you. Schedule (days/hours) M-Th 8-5 Fr 8-1pm Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth and professionalism (in-person and over the phone) Manage the appointment schedule and optimize provider productivity Verify insurance, process claims, and review financials with patients Maintain accurate patient records in our dental software Support treatment plan presentations and follow-up scheduling Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams Qualifications At least one year related experience Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting Compensation $18 - $21 About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
