Description We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Oak Harbor, Washington. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless patient experiences by managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting clinic operations. Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to patients to confirm appointments and provide outstanding customer service.
• Accurately schedule and manage appointments to meet clinic goals and budgets.
• Maintain and update patient records in the Sycle system, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Prepare patient charts, check patients in and out of appointments, and process orders and invoices.
• Perform weekly inventory audits and manage stock and custom orders to ensure accuracy.
• Handle payment collection, assist patients with financing applications, and complete end-of-day financial reports and settlements.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
• Develop a basic understanding of hearing instruments to assist with troubleshooting and patient inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with clinic staff to achieve team and corporate objectives.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all patient and business information. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or patient care; sales experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new computer systems and applications.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in a team environment to achieve monthly goals preferred.
• Familiarity with the senior population is an advantage.
